Harmony Yoga Pilates (HYP ™), owned by Joy Appleby and managed by Laura Slate, is the fresh new studio in the Elmwood neighborhood. HYP™ offers a full schedule of daily classes including ashtanga, vinyasa flow, hatha, iyengar, pre-natal, restorative, and mat pilates. Our friendly and experienced teachers give instruction suited for beginners and well-practiced yogis, providing an inviting and fun place for everyone to practice.

About Laura Slate

Laura received her teaching certification from Greenpath Yoga in San Francisco, studying under Clayton Horton and David Lurey. Working together with Clayton Horton in 2006, Laura co-founded TeenPath Yoga in San Francisco, a program to bring yoga to young adults. Laura was also integral in growing the It’s Yoga location in St. Helena with Ann Ernish As the director of HYP™, Laura is excited to share the peace, the transformation, and the fun she has found on her yoga mat with all who practice at Harmony Yoga Pilates studio.
